Mental Fight club run the really successful Dragon Cafe in St George the Martyr church, Borough High Street every Monday. The Dragon Café provides an informal creative and safe space for people to meet and take part in a range of activities. It is open to all – service users, friends, family, carers, mental health professionals and the wider public. With funding from the Cicely Northcote Trust Mental Fight Club are using the popular dragon cafe model to create 4 new pop up cafes at the weekend. Providing support and a safe place to go and relax at a time of the week when there are not other services and loneliness can be more prevalent.
